Plumbing & Foundation Leaks
Now offering foundation and plumbing leak detection using tracer gas. The tracer-gas method is touted as “fastest and most accurate” compared to acoustic or thermal methods for certain types of leaks. Can locate leaks even under difficult surfaces (soil, concrete, tile, etc.) — for example, up to ~10 feet deep in some cases cited. Minimizes destructive searching: you don’t have to dig large areas if you can accurately locate the leak.

Arron is hands down one of the most trustworthy contractors I’ve met in the Florida Panhandle. I had a client who needed a legitimate leak detection service and needed it asap. This summer’s storm season was so heavy and constant that flooding became common throughout the Panama City area. Arron was not only able to get out to the home within a week of being hired, he was able to identify some vulnerabilities on day one that had me and the roofers perplexed.
